Not Connecting

1. Make sure you are connected to Hive, Production, Ethernet or VPN.
2. Make sure when you are plugged into ethernet you are not connected to guest WiFi. 
3. Make sure you are typing afp:// not smb://
4. If above does not work it's time to restart the computer and try again.
5. If you need more assistance create a helpdesk ticket.
