Not responding/ Slow

1. Try to eliminate as many processes on the mac side to speed it up.
2. Might need to quit VMWare and reopen.
3. Try to restart the computer. 
4. Might need to allocate more processing power to the VMWare, create a helpdesk ticket and we can adjust settings.
